Join Women in Defense for the second installment of our Voices Heard: Women in Defense and National Security Leadership Series. In this second installment we now turn inward through an experiential workshop designed to deepen your leadership skills from the inside out.
This session is an immersive workshop focused on intelligence and leading from within—equipping you with practical tools to strengthen self – awareness, resilience, and authentic leadership in high – stakes environments.

Speaker: Julie Fathbruckner
Julie Fathbruckner brings over 19 years of leadership experience in Engineering Talent Acquisition for the Automotive, Aerospace, and Defense Industries at RCO Engineering. With an MBA and a unique background in Animal Science from Michigan State University, Julie offers a diverse perspective on professional development that bridges business strategy with holistic well-being. As a certified EAGALA Equine Specialist, and founder of YouSEE Equine Assisted Services, she specializes in experiential learning to facilitate emotional and mental resilience. For this installment of the Voices Heard Leadership Series, Julie leads an immersive workshop focused on leading from within. She will equip participants with practical tools for self-regulation including essential oils and mindfulness meditation, providing a sensory-based approach to strengthening self-awareness and authentic leadership in high-stakes environments.
